plate solve outside images failure

I use AA9 with two different ASI cameras both with APC chips. I can plate solve all of your sample images and sometimes with my previous processed images. I am puzzled why I can not plate solve an old image of the E. Veil. I follow the prompts to a" T " stating image is at 20:45 +30.42, fl at 780mm with a chip 23mm wide.
I search at 3 degrees. pick 5 stars and flip this every which way only to fail. HOw can I send you a jpg of this image so you can tell me what I am doing wrong. thank you. I have enjoyed AA9 save this annoying issue. cjacobson
the original image is in a Tiff format and too large for my emailer.

Hi, post a JPG image to the forum, even resized if it's too big.
To attach an image, click the tab "Image and attachments" below the editor.

3rd try for this to work. sorry for my difficulty getting this attached. I await you advice.

The M104 image has a FOV of about 1 degrees, so entering: 60 +- 20% arcminutes will solve it, the exact FOV will be 65.9

The N6995 image has a FOV of about 1.5 degrees, so entering: 90 +- 20% will solve it, the exact FOV will be 95.6

When the FOV is unknown set the tolerance to +- 70%, then try 1 degrees, 2 degrees, etc.
