saving files

Hi
Out of AstroArt 64 or 32 in both cases i cannot save fits or tiff or jpeg files because im am not the administrator ;
but i start windows 11 by administrator and i start AA8 again as Administrator. Out of any other program like photoshop or else i can save pics in this orders. Please help i did not had this prob in formes versions of AA.

Hello Stefano,
Did you enter your license information when installing AstroArt? If you run in demo mode, you can do almost everything in the program, except saving files.
Just a thought

yes it is registered as one can see in the help tab; but thank you for your tip, often it is something like this .....

Just to confirm.
You are not trying to save something under program files folder?

No matter what folder it always appears "not allowed to save, choose different folder or contact administrator......."when I try to save .*jpgs pictures. By .*fits no problem

Also a question: Is it possible to safe a former .fits file as a .tif file ?

On the bottom of the save file window there is a save type drop down to select tif.

Just to be clear - to save jpg you choose File - Save optimized JPEG.
