Avis FITS Viewer 3.0

Hello, a new version of the free FITS viewer, annotator and converter "AvisFV" was released today:

All the code is now derived from Astroart 8, while the previous version (AvisFV 2.0) was derived from Astroart 6.
Also improved is the code for opening images from space telescopes, where a single FITS may contain several images. This will be also added to Astroart 8 SP2 later this year.
