IThumbnailProvider
Hi Fabio,
One small thing I really miss, is that AstroArt could show thumbnail preview of fits files in windows file explorer.

Visualization
Is it possible to set the visualisation slider values numerically? I just saw in another thread, that the settings are saved in the fits file. However, when working on an image, I sometimes adjust visualisation with either the mouse wheel or the sliders, but if I regret, I don’t know how to roll bac...

Photometric Color Calibration
Sometimes it is challenging to balance RGB colors correctly. Other software products have automated this, so that is is possible to select a reference star with a known Color and calibrate the image from this. E.g. PixInsight is capable of doing just that: http://pixinsight.com/tutorials/PCC/#PCC_vs...

Re: Image statistics, Min/Max values
It’ a 480[s] exposure.
A loooong daytime exposure shows the same, saturated values around 3500-3600.
I feel like Canon has only sold me a 11 3/4 bit camera

Re: Image statistics, Min/Max values
What is the min and background values? IIRC, Canon adds an offset which then reduces the ADU range available for the signal. Name ........... #3 ngc4631-480s-3_024.fit Path ........... Image statistics, Min/Max values
Is the Image statistics Min/Max values ADU values?
How does AstroArt calculate the values?
For my Canon 1000D (12-bit) Max values never reaches the expected 2^12-1=4095 but is always arround 3500 to 3600.

Move file to a folder
Is there a script function that moves a file to another folder? I have gathered hundrets of fits files over four observation nights under poor conditions with haze and clouds. I want to filter away lights with "too bright" background (ADU > 500 in my case). It's tedious to do this manually, so I wan...

Hi Fabio,
Ahh - thanks... Don't know how I could have overlooked that one. Perhaps because I am used to a danish phpBB

Re: script commands documentation
Does that mean, that AstroArt automatically updates the help file?
Or is there a patch somewhere?
