I am doing optometry so will "If you want to adjust the visulization of the image (so, without changing the image ADU data) just rotate the mouse wheel, or move the cursors, or use the Histogram window" .

I have AA6

When I minimize a script, telescope, filter. etc. window within AA6 it disappears.
What can I do to get the window to reappear?

I want to write a script to do the following:
1. take an image,
2. stop the script
3. manually analyze the image using the AA toolbar (sizing,draw a box, statistics, etc.)
4. resume with the script

Can I stop and resume a script?
