With this mask, I can apply a histogram stretch to the image in order to bring out the solar prominence. I have many images to process and I would like to do all of this in a script. I c...

Add a Solar Tracking feature
Hi I do a lot of solar imaging along with stellar imaging. Right now, software can't handle solar tracking. Is it possible for Astro Art to do this by: 1) taking an image of the sun using the guider camera and reversing the image (i.e., make a negative) 2) have the user draw a rectangle around one o...

Strange behavior with display
Hi I took some images with SharpCap of the sun in Ca light. I processed them with AutoStakkert. A PNG file was produced. When displayed with Microsoft Photo, a nice sharp solar edge can be seen. When I open it same image in Astro Art, I cannot see the edge of the sun. I there any explanation for thi...

Hi,
ZWO "just" (i.e., 10/8/2021) came out with a new ASCOM driver.
I installed it.
Everything works fine.

When I choose ASCOM, the only that shows up in the dropdown menu is "Camera V2 Simulator" and "simulator".
