I have found the reason in the "Option" the "save processing history into FITS Header" was not selected.

I have written a script that uses a macro to subtract the dark frame and divide by the flat frame but the saved images do not have any processing history and there is nothing in the FITS Header to say they have been changed from the raw images. After using either the find co-ordinates option in AA7 or the Plate Sole option in AA* the FITS image becomes mostly black with only a few brighter objects visible, if I open the FITS image in other software eg CCDCiel it appears normal. Does anyone else get this behaviour?

I’m trying to save images to a new directory that I create in the script using the date$() and create.directory functions. It creates the directory fine But I cannot see how to select this as the default directory to save the images into or how to automatically write the new directory into the save....

I’ve now worked out what I was doing wrong

I’ve got the filter wheel working correctly using SharpCap but it does not drive to the correct filter when using sequencer in AstroArt 7, what am I doing wrong?
